Wrap Up

  1. THURSDAY 11/12 WEEK 1

Avs v Bruins under 5.5

Well this under was heart attack city. If you watched the whole game you saw Chara net one before the snow from the opening face off could melt. The Bruins looked to be in control but choked a 2-0 early first period lead, leaving us as 2-2 heading into the first break. 4 goals in the first period leaves everybody throwing 5.5 in the loss column. But not so fast my friend… We were on the right side in this game!! Berra has been standing on his head in the time he’s gotten and Rask is a safe bet to keep the Bruins close. With no ENG is the last two minute we cash!

Virginia Tech +2 @ Georgia Tech

This game meant more to VA Tech than it did to the Yellow Jackets. The Hokies… two weeks ago VA Tech lost a heatbreaker to Duke in 4OT but followed that up with a win against a mediocre BC where they did under perform. With the long time head coach Frank Beamer retiring VA Tech was in great position for a straight up win and was in prime position for a cover. While they started off down 14-0 the Hokies were in position to cover the whole way as the second half wound down and ultimately secured the straight up victory .

Buffalo Bills +3 @ Jets

Well to keep things short and sweet this was Rex’s Super Bowl, following Rex’s first Super Bowl of the season against the Patriots earlier this year and prior to his third Super Bowl on Monday Night Football against the Patriots next week. We all know how next Monday will end up though, so 1 out of 3 Rex Super Bowls for Buffalo Rex isn’t so bad

FRIDAY 11/13 WEEK 1

Wagner +6

So this game was available at a number much higher than 6 early in the week but we released our pick at 6 and will remain fully transparent. In my opinion Wagner blew this game, ST JOHNS is not good, and did not return a single player from last season that averaged more than 1.5 ppg. Mullin will figure it out eventually but look for us to continue to fire against SJU

Albany +20

Kentucky will continue to get bet by squares through the roof early in the season just because they are Kentucky. Coach Cal has admitted that this team is not as good as people think and it will take time for them to start clicking. Look for us to fire on NJIT later tonight.

Weber -145

Weber loses by 3… tough beat as they were in this one the whole way.

UAB -135

Same goes for UAB … they should have won this one. While they struggled all night a late three that should not have been let up cost them the W

Belmont +6

Belmont is the Ohio Valley Conference favorite this season and Marquette took them too lightly on opening night allowing Belmont to pull the straight up victory.

Cal -16

Cal dominated, no contest.

Wofford +2.5

Wofford came out flat in the first half but played well in the second, but they werent good enough to cover against a mizzou team that is rebuilding
